Her hasta bütün birimlerden geçmez. Değerlendirme, ilgili hasta grubunun gerçek bakım yolunu ve gerektiğinde devreye giren hizmetleri kapsar. ERAS gibi yaklaşımlar yalnızca ilgili işlem ve kurum koşullarına uygun olduğunda klinik uzmanlarca seçilir.
Hazırlık değerlendirmesi, planlanan çalışma için GO, HOLD ya da NO GO kararlarından biriyle sonuçlanır.

idesus healthcare coordinates case-based specialist team support and training programmes for hospitals and clinics. Together with your existing team, we plan the preparation and structure the joint clinical work and the shared learning after the case.
From a single specialist to a multidisciplinary team, we assess the support you need together with the planned procedure and your current staff. Training is built into the programme, from preparation to case analysis.
We assess the readiness of the case and the centre together and clarify the team, resources and tasks. We set the goals for joint work and learning.
DetailsVisiting specialists work with the host team within defined tasks and privileges. Shared learning accompanies clinical practice.
DetailsWe analyse the case together and report what was learned, the observations and the next steps. We confirm the agreed follow-up arrangements.
DetailsWe take your institution’s experience as the starting point. The scope of support is set by the work you are planning and your team’s priorities.
Tell us which case or procedure you need specialist support for and the period you have in mind.
We plan specialist team support for a specific case or procedure group together with preparation and case-based training. Your programme has three stages: Pre, before the clinical work, Intra, during it, and Post, after it.
Through the Case and Centre Readiness Assessment, we review the team, infrastructure and continuity-of-care conditions for the planned work. We clarify the necessary preparations, possible risks and tasks with the relevant clinical specialists. Case preparation and learning objectives are set at this stage.
Learning: Preparation requirements, the case plan, task allocation and learning objectives.
Delivered to your institution: Readiness findings, action plan, team and task file, training plan.
We coordinate the work of visiting specialists with the host team within approved tasks. A working arrangement is set up with your own surgeon or other clinical teams. Shared learning is planned so that it does not disrupt patient care.
Learning: Joint work without disrupting patient care, explanations at suitable moments and educator observation.
Delivered to your institution: Coordination of joint practice, learning observations and handover records.
The decision points of the case, practices that worked well and lessons learned are discussed in a structured session. A report is prepared covering programme outcomes, recommended steps and follow-up arrangements.
Learning: The reasoning behind decisions, strong practices, difficulties and lessons for the next case.
Delivered to your institution: Case Analysis and Programme Outcome Report, next steps with named owners.
Support is planned as a single specialist, specific team members or a multidisciplinary team. Surgical, anaesthesia, nursing and technician roles are assessed together with the relevant support units where needed. The final team and schedule are set once eligibility and the required authorisations are verified.
| Example request | How the programme adapts |
|---|---|
| We have our own surgeon and need anaesthesia support | Anaesthesia and related support roles are assessed. Preparation, practice and case analysis are planned with the local surgical team. |
| We need a full team for a specific procedure | Current staff and required roles are clarified. The necessary surgical, anaesthesia, nursing and technician support is addressed together. |
| Preparation revealed a significant gap | The clinical visit is put on hold. The gap, its owner and the evidence of closure are recorded. The decision to proceed follows a reassessment. |
These examples describe our working method. They are not completed idesus projects or a guarantee of an available team.
Rather than judging the institution’s overall competence, we review the conditions required for the defined procedure. The chain of care is addressed as a whole, from admission and preparation to discharge and follow-up.
| Stage of care | Assessment focus | Deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Referral and admission | Referral, triage, registration, patient information and access to assessment. | Patient flow map and responsible units. |
| Diagnosis and pre-treatment preparation | Clinical risk assessment, consultations, treatment plan, preoperative assessment and optimisation for surgical patients. | Preparation pathway, decision points and handover criteria. |
| Clinical treatment and operating theatre | Team competence, patient and procedure verification, equipment readiness, medication and infection safety, communication and documentation. | Standard operating procedures, checklists and role allocation. |
| Recovery and, where required, intensive care | Monitoring and handover, recognition of deterioration, emergency response, organ support and transfer arrangements for relevant patients. | Monitoring responsibilities, escalation and transfer plan. |
| Ward and rehabilitation | Continuity of care, pain assessment, nutrition, mobilisation, complication surveillance and daily goals. | Daily care goals and interdisciplinary coordination. |
| Discharge and handover | Discharge readiness, medication review, patient and carer education, follow-up and readmission arrangements. | Discharge checklist and written follow-up plan. |
Not every patient passes through every unit. The assessment covers the actual pathway of the patient group concerned and the services that are engaged when required. Approaches such as ERAS are chosen by clinical specialists only where they suit the procedure and the institution’s conditions.
The readiness assessment ends with one of three decisions for the planned work: GO, HOLD or NO GO. It makes risks visible and sets out the measures to take. It does not mean that risks are eliminated or that a clinical outcome is guaranteed.
The conditions for the defined scope are verified. Work proceeds with the authorised clinical decision, a final patient check and the other contractual conditions.
Information is missing or a gap needs to be closed. Clinical work waits for evidence of closure and a reassessment.
A critical nonconformity that prevents proceeding with the current scope is verified. The procedure plan is stopped or redesigned.
Leads decisions on patient selection, consent, treatment and follow-up.
The programme’s local clinical counterpart at each institution. Coordinates preparation, team participation, on-site communication and follow-up within the institution.
Takes clinical and educational responsibility within its approved tasks.

Over time, applying this knowledge and these skills in daily practice contributes to institutional capacity development. This gain is assessed through separate measurement and monitoring.
A fixed fee with a defined scope is offered for the preparation stage, and a fixed programme fee for the Intra and Post stages once conditions are clear. The preparation fee appears only once in the programme total. Professional clinical fees are paid directly between the hospital and the professional concerned. Documented expenses and any additional services are shown separately.
Delivery of the readiness report does not depend on any further purchase from idesus. Delivery of the clinical programme depends on the readiness outcome, authorisations, a suitable team, continuity of care and written approvals.

Every relationship we build with hospitals, specialists and partners rests on the principles below. They are reflected in our contracts, specialist terms of engagement and project processes, and are binding on everyone working on behalf of idesus.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Clinical work begins only once the critical conditions identified in the readiness assessment have been met, the required permits and credentials are in place and continuity of care has been secured.
Every member of a programme team has the right to stop an activity and escalate to the responsible clinician when they have a patient safety concern. A decision to defer or stop on safety grounds is never reversed because of timelines, costs or commercial expectations.
Decisions on diagnosis, treatment and indication rest with the institution’s authorised physicians. The scope of duties, supervision and limits of authority of our specialists are defined in writing for every programme, hands-on patient care takes place only to the extent permitted by local legislation and with the institution’s approval.
idesus does not grant clinical privileges, professional licences, accreditation or certification. Our reports and training attendance records do not replace such documents.
Our fees are fixed amounts agreed in advance on the basis of scope and deliverables. We never link our fees to the number of operations or patients, the institution’s clinical revenue or any form of revenue sharing.
We take no share, commission or brokerage fee from the clinical fees of physicians or other healthcare professionals, clinical fees are agreed and paid directly between the hospital and the specialist. Assessment, coordination, education and other items are itemised separately in our proposals and invoices.
Readiness assessment findings are never shaped by the prospect of selling further services. The assessment report is delivered regardless of whether any other idesus service is purchased, and the institution is free to implement the recommendations with its own team or another provider.
Where an independent assessor is required before a clinical start decision, the institution selects the assessor from at least two candidates and pays them directly. This keeps the decision to proceed to clinical practice separate from the commercial interest of the party delivering the programme.
Before each engagement, participating specialists declare in writing their relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of medicines, medical devices and consumables, and any other potential conflicts of interest. Declared relationships are shared with the institution concerned, where a conflict cannot be managed, the specialist does not take part in that engagement.
We do not steer institutions towards any product, brand or supplier, equipment and consumable requirements are specified as technical requirements. Where an education or event activity involves an industry organisation, its support and role are disclosed.
We never offer, promise or accept, directly or through intermediaries, any payment, gift, benefit or facilitation payment to any person, public official or employee of an institution in order to obtain or retain business or to influence a decision or permit.
Hospitality and gifts may be accepted only where they are reasonable, proportionate, transparent and lawful. We neither pay nor accept fees, bonuses or other benefits in return for patient or business referrals. These principles apply in addition to the legislation of Türkiye and of the countries in which we operate.
For every programme, specialists’ professional licences, recognition of qualifications, temporary practice permits and institutional credentialing are verified before clinical start, according to the type of activity. No clinical work is scheduled until the required permits are in place.
Our contracts clearly define scope, responsibilities, confidentiality obligations, arrangements for professional liability insurance and dispute resolution.
Patient information is accessed only to the extent required for the task and in line with the institution’s information security rules. idesus does not hold records containing patient identifiers in its own systems, de-identified data are used in reports and case discussions.
Institutions’ administrative, commercial and clinical information is protected under confidentiality obligations and is never used for references, presentations or publications without the institution’s written consent.
We expect everyone working in our programmes to treat patients, families and local teams with respect and courtesy, to communicate openly and directly, to work only within their area of competence, to be rested and fit for duty, to report adverse events and hazards, to cooperate in incident reviews and debriefings, and to comply with local legislation and institutional policies.
These principles form an integral part of our specialist contracts, breaches may lead to termination of the engagement.
We do not discriminate on grounds of language, religion, ethnic origin, sex, age, disability or similar grounds in our services, in the selection of specialists or in our partnerships. Selection and assignment decisions are based on professional competence, experience and the requirements of the programme.
Our aim is not to make institutions dependent on external support, but to strengthen the knowledge, skills and processes of the local team permanently. Every programme includes a close-out plan covering transfer to the local team, train-the-trainer activities and sustainment by the institution.
We do not guarantee clinical outcomes or publish unverified success rates. We share an institution’s name, logo or project information only with its written consent. The appearance of a collaborating organisation’s name does not imply that it endorses or recommends our services.
Our services are intended for hospitals and clinics, we do not market to patients, recruit patients or accept payment for patient referrals.
If you believe a situation is contrary to these principles, please write to [email protected] with “Ethics report” in the subject line. Reports are handled confidentially and reviewed only by the persons concerned, you may report anonymously if you prefer.
No one who raises a concern in good faith will suffer retaliation, discrimination or any adverse consequence as a result. Urgent patient safety matters should first be reported to the responsible clinician at the institution concerned.
